07:00 - 07:30 hrs
(Dependant on your hotel location) Pick up from your hotel. Brief stop at Tamparuli Town to experience Tamparuli Suspension Bridge which owns a legendary tale – proceed to Kinabalu Park.
09:00 hrs
Stopping at Nabalu Market, gives you opportunity to buy local handicrafts.
10:00 hrs
Depart to Kinabalu Park, do a short jungle trekking (Silau Silau Trail), enjoy the cool surrounding
12:00 hrs
Lunch at local restaurant.
13:00 hrs
Trek to Kopungit Waterfall.
15:00 hrs
Depart back to Kota Kinabalu City
